Grillo “Tre Venti” is a bright white wine from the sun-kissed lands of western Sicily. Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, it opens with a delicate bouquet of white peach, citrus blossoms, and a soft saline touch.
On the palate, it’s refreshing and elegant. The acidity lifts the fruit, while the structure keeps it balanced and smooth. Its clean, mineral finish makes every sip a pleasure.
Ideal with seafood salads, grilled fish, prawns and soft cheeses.

Grillo "Tre Venti", Why We Love It and Why You'll Too

Grillo “Tre Venti” captures the soul of Sicily in a glass. With its pale hue and bright reflections, it looks like sunshine. Then, the aromas rise: white peach, lemon zest, a breeze from the sea. It’s gentle, but full of charm.
On the palate, it delivers freshness and finesse. Each sip feels clean, effortless, and satisfying. It doesn’t scream for attention, but quietly wins you over with balance and grace.
It’s the kind of wine you pour when lunch stretches into the afternoon, especially when the table is filled with prawns, grilled fish, or fresh ricotta. Simple, pure, and just right!

Cantine Birgi – A Legacy Rooted in Sicilian Soil

Set in a landscape of breathtaking natural beauty, Cantine Birgi stands at the heart of a region rich in winemaking tradition. Founded in 1960 by a group of ten growers united by their deep connection to the land, the cooperative carries forward the legacy of the Phoenicians, Arabs, and Normans — ancient cultures that left their mark on this corner of Sicily.

Today, Cantine Birgi brings together around 1,000 passionate winegrowers. Each year, they deliver more than 30 million kilograms of grapes to the winery. These grapes are cultivated in vineyards that reflect both tradition and innovation. Some use the classic “alberello” bush-trained method, which produces exceptional fruit quality. Others rely on modern, mechanised trellising systems that boost efficiency and yield.

What truly sets these vineyards apart is their diversity. Each plot, shaped by its unique exposure, soil type, and microclimate, contributes to wines of remarkable character. This harmony of tradition, terroir, and modern viticulture is what makes Cantine Birgi a true ambassador of Sicilian excellence.
