Corvée Brut is a refined and elegant traditional method sparkling wine crafted from high-quality Chardonnay grapes.
The bouquet is broad and delicate, offering notes of ripe fruit such as quince, apricot, and pear, along with hints of custard and white chocolate. Subtle almond notes, paired with delicate hints of dried fruit, create a rich and persistent flavour.
Aged on the lees for approximately six months in 225 liter French oak barrels, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, sushi, seafood salads, or as an aperitif.
