A new drinking experience with Purus!
This Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is made from organic chardonnay grapes, 100% organic. After the traditional winemaking in stainless-steel vats the de-alcoholisation process is done by vacuum distillation.
Subtle fruity aromatics on the nose with harmonious notes of apple. The palate is dry with a hint of sweetness to finish, delicate and fine bubbles accompanying crisp notes of apple.
Low calorie drink and lot of fun. A different vision of a wine.
