The Clongiàn vineyard, located in Faver, Altavalle, at an altitude of 630 meters above sea level, benefits from the mountain breeze, allowing the Gewürztraminer grapes to mature slowly and gradually.
Clongiàn offers a crisp and concentrated flavour profile, showcasing aromas of citrus fruits like mandarin and lemon zest, tropical fruits such as lychee and guava, as well as notes of rose and tarragon. Over time, the bottle aging enhances these aromas, revealing exotic spices supported by hints of white peach and apricot.
