Sauvignon Verha Bianco IGT 2020 – Elena Fucci

Verha is a wine made from the vineyard in Contrada Catavatta bordering the TITOLO vineyard.
Verha has a bright lemon yellow colour. The nose is fresh, with notes of tropical fruits, sage and stone fruit. The palate is balanced, fresh and mineral, with medium body and balanced for a long finish.

Dracone Riserva DOP 2016 – Palazzona di Maggio

Crafted from 45% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Petit Verdot, Dracone Riserva DOP 2016 is a wine of remarkable structure and elegance. It reveals a deep ruby red color, vibrant and intense, setting the stage for a sensory journey.
On the nose, it enchants with aromas of red fruit preserves, wild berries, blackcurrant, and delicate tobacco notes, intertwined with a hint of black pepper and earthy minerality. Cabernet Sauvignon Trumpeter 2022 – Rutini Wines

Intense ruby with violet hues. On the nose, the wine presents concentrated red fruit aromas, finely integrated with touches of cocoa, tobacco and vanilla from the oak. The soft profile delivers flavours such as ripe plums and black cherries, with a full and sustainedfinish. Grilled and roasted red meats, stews, game, and hearty dishes are excellent pairings for this wine.

Sauvignon Blanc DOC 2019 – Castello di Buttrio

Straw yellow in colour, very aromatic yet elegant with distinctive yellow peppers, sage, tropical fruits, peach and melon. Full-bodied, smooth with an excellent structure and nicely gauged acidity. Marvellous with shellfish in general, scampi in particular and pasta alla busara. Ideal with lobster, fish baked with Mediterranean herbs. Excellent with aromatic spring herb risottos.

Super Tuscan Amerigo 2019 – Villa Cosmiana

Villa Cosmiana’s ‘Super Tuscan’ which bears the name of the most famous owner of the estate, Amerigo Antinori, Duke of Brindisi, is assembled from the estate’s best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. The wine is aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months before being assembled in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and further matured in the bottle for a minimum period of six months. It shows a deep red garnet colour and displays aromas of red fruit candied in vanilla, cocoa and cinnamon. It has a strong density and is long in the mouth with almost velvety tannins.

Super Tuscan Maria 2019 – Villa Cosmiana

Similar to a Bordeaux blend, the “Terre di Pisa” of Villa Cosmiana, which bears the name of the last historic owner of the estate, Princess Maria Antinori-Aldobrandini, is an assemblage of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes vinified and aged in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for a minimum 12 months and a minimum of six months in the bottle.
It shows a shiny red ruby colour and displays delicate aromas of cherry and blackberries enhanced by a touch of liquorice and cinnamon.

Trebbiano Maddalena 2019 – Villa Cosmiana

A historic white wine from the estate, which bears the name of the only female estate manager at the beginning of the 20^th century and which is produced from Trebbiano grapes harvested from a 50 year old plus vineyard and directly vinified in oak barrels. It has a shiny straw yellow colour and displays spicy and delicate wood perfumes with citrus fruit and mirabelle flavours in the mouth.

Trebbiano IGT Poggio Cosmiano – Villa Cosmiana

A traditional Tuscan white wine, which bears the name of the hill upon which the estate extends, is produced from manually selected Trebbiano grapes and vinified in steel tanks. It shows a limpid pale-yellow colour, is fresh and crispy in the mouth with well-defined flavours of melon, cucumber and a touch of lemon.
