CHEESES (120gr per type)

English Pecorino: British Supreme Champion 2019! Made in Somerset to an Italian Pecorino recipe from local ewe’s milk. There is a sweet creaminess, with caramel nuttiness as you get closer to the natural rind. Aged for a minimum of 6 months. Washed Cheese • Ewe • Unpasteurised • Vegetarian
Truffle Gloucester: A true collaboration of foodie talents – Truffle Hunter with their minced black truffle paste which runs through the centre of the Organic Single Gloucester cheese made by Simon Weaver. Both based in the Cotswolds. Hard Cheese • Cow • Pasteurised • Vegetarian
Rachel: Named after the cheese-makers old flame and described as round and a bit nutty! Rachel is similar in style to a goat gouda. Washed Cheese • Goat • Unpasteurised • Vegetarian
Harrogate Blue: Made near Thirsk, Yorkshire – a superb blue which delivers both in its appearance and taste. It has a striking orange colour to dazzle any cheese board, whilst the creamy richness leads to a tangy, peppery taste sensation! Cow • Pasteurised • Vegetarian

WINES (a bottle of)
