The winery is located in Montepulciano, province of Siena, at the heart of Tuscany, where their vineyard gives life to their natural, indigo, and biodynamic wines. Across three generations, from Grandfather Marino to Sergio and now Andrea, each contributes their expertise to craft wines that embody their identity. Their innovative “Indigo Philosophy” infuses every wine with a message of love and wonder for anyone who experiences it.
The vineyard and wines are treated holistically, resulting in the creation of unique, vibrant, and natural products. During the waxing moon phases, they employ “Marine Plasma,” generated by the combination of their proprietary Bio-stimulant and essential oils, to nurture the vineyard.
Using innovative “energetic” systems, complemented by natural crystals like Amethyst, they transform the alcohol’s characteristics from “red” to “indigo” in the wines. Indigo Wines are renowned for their easy drinkability, imparting a profound sense of serenity and fulfilment for the Spirit. It’s an exquisite representation of their winemaking approach.
Nobile di Montepulciano
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is one of Italy’s most prestigious wines, produced in Tuscany. It holds a prominent place alongside Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti Classico as one of the great wines of the region. Primarily crafted from the Sangiovese grape, it may be complemented by small percentages of other varieties such as Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo.
This wine offers complex aromas of red fruits, cherry, plum, spices, and floral notes.
On the palate, it exhibits a solid structure, soft tannins, and a pleasing acidity. It can be enjoyed when young, but also develops greater complexity and harmony with aging. Properly stored, it can evolve for decades, acquiring increased elegance and depth.
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano pairs wonderfully with traditional Tuscan cuisine, such as roasted meats, game dishes, pasta with meat sauce, and aged cheeses.
To earn the “Vino Nobile di Montepulciano” designation, the wine must adhere to strict production and aging criteria, ensuring its quality. It’s an excellent choice for red wine enthusiasts, representing one of Tuscany’s vinous treasures.
