The nose is very complex with mineral, white flowers and yeasty notes. On the palate it’s fresh, and full bodied, with almond notes candid fruit flavours. The finish is long and persistent, and the complexity and elegant of this white wine is very distinctive. A classical Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs.

The color is a delicate lemon yellow. The entry is well-balanced, enlivened by vibrant acidity and minerality. This initial impression evolves into an exceptionally precise and harmonious savoury finish, leaving the palate impeccably clean.
On the nose, fresh pineapple and citrus aromas intertwine with hints of aromatic herbs, all elegantly framed by a refined pastry-like sensation.
Aged on the lees for about six months in second-use 225 liter French oak barrels, this wine pairs beautifully with fish, aged cheeses, and creamy pasta dishes.
